As our community grows, there will be an increasing need of volunteers to help with a variety of needs and services for the community. You can join any of the committees either as a committee member or helping hand.
Committee members will be responsible for:
- roadmap/ goals
- creating a budget
- monthly meetings with their respective board member

Dawah Committee Commitment: 5 hours/ month - Dawah Stalls - Dawah Training - Classes for reverts - Open house/ Interfaith |
Services Committee Commitment: 2 hours/ month - Nikkah - Arrangement - Decorations - Janaza - Gathering and analyzing feedback and suggestions from community members |
Media/ Technology/ Communications Commitment: 8 hours/ month - Creating flyers - Updating website - Social media posts - Streaming events - Trained on Masjid audio/video |

Programming Committee Commitment: 10 hours/ month - Setup halaqas - Inviting guest speakers - Khateeb scheduling - Community dinners - Adult classes (Tajweed, Arabic, fiqh, etc.) - Extra curricular activities (Karate, fitness class, basketball training etc.) - Ramadan and Eid activities (Hufaadh arrangements, Iftars, Eid breakfasts, etc.)
Zakat Committee Commitment: 4 hours/ month - Analyze zakat request - Distribution of zakat ul mal money - Collection and distribution of zakat ul fitr |
Finance Committee Commitment: 5 hours/ month - Fundraising - Future financial plans (Waqf/Endowment) - Budgeting for each committee Facilities Committee Commitment: 10 hours/ month - Inspection of equipment (pumps/ filters etc.) - Managing cleaning & landscaping services - Checking inventory and supplies - Managing reservations Education Committee Commitment 10+ hours/ month - Weekend School - Weekend School Events - Kids Summer Programs |
