We hope that you all are doing well by the grace of Allah Almighty. We would like to welcome all of you to in-person Friday school this year Alhumdulillah. We are so excited to have our children back in our classroom.
This year we will be focusing on some basic Islamic topics in a fun and interactive way. Each class includes Islamic Studies including Seerah, Salah, and Quran Literacy including memorization and fluency.
The purpose of this class is to develop love for Islamic learning and help these young minds find answers to questions that they may have about Islam. Their time in Friday school will also help them build lifelong friendships. We strive to make Friday school a great experience for the kids.
Required Materials for Each Class:
1. School issued bag and salah mat
2. Textbook: Weekend Learning Series Level 3 by Mansur Ahmad and Husain A. Nuri
3. Water Bottle
Expectations:
1. Be respectful of each other.
2. Since this class will only meet once a week, we plan on giving small amount of homework to reinforce what we are working on in the classroom. We appreciate your help in this matter in advance.
We look forward to see your kids in our school soon.
Jazakallahkhairan!
